To provide napkins, the use of white porcelain square plates and cutlery. All food will be clearly labelled Canapés/ assorted blinis and pastries filled or topped with:

  • Taramasalata with king prawns
  • Medium rare beef & creamy horseradish
  • Mini pizzas (including vegetarian)
  • Fingers of assorted quiche (including vegetarian)
  • Sweet chilli glazed sausages
  • Selection of cold meats including continental varieties
  • Sausage, fennel seed & red pepper puff pastry rolls
  • Curried chicken salad with spring onions and dried fruits
  • Duck satays in a peanut sauce
  • Lemon and minted new potato salad
  • Layered salad
  • Fruity coleslaw
  • Bread rolls and separate butter

Choice of desserts (quantity depending on number of guests):
